Fatigue is often the repercussions from another condition on your body. It can limit a person's ability to function throughout the day. Fatigue can be caused by physical factors such as lack of good sleep, toxins in the body from poor diet, dehydration, or if the body is fighting or healing from illness or injury. It can also result from environmental factors such as air toxins. The range or causes is wide and there are often multiple. Fatigue may also stem from more underlying factors that would need to be identified by a healthcare professional.
