Manipulation of the spine is performed by lots of kinds of practitioners including chiropractors, physical therapists, osteopaths– and yes– naturopathic doctors, but we are required by the state to bill it through insurance as Osteopathic Manipulation. Everyone calls it there own thing but it is usually similar. We call it Naturopathic Spinal Manipulation but we bill it through insurance as Osteopathic Manipulation.

We use it in our office for more than pain relief but that is what it’s commonly know for.
