Setting Up Video Appointments

NOTE: Please log-into your appointment within 30 minutes of your scheduled time. For those meeting through smartphone or tablet, please refer to the mobile setup instructions below this box.
- Log into your patient portal in CharmPHR.
- Click on 'Appointments' and fill out the patient questionaire. Once you have finished, return to the appointments page and click on the video camera icon that says 'check-in'.
- You'll see 'Equilibrium Natural Health' with the date and time of your appointment below and 'Dr. Cy Fisher' listed as the provider. Type your name in the field below if it is not already pre-filled in and click 'join'.
- A new window will open using the software "Zoom". If you do not have the Zoom application downloaded on your computer, you can do so through this page. Wait for the page to load until you see a box that says, "Please wait for the host to start this meeting". Please take this time to test your computer audio and video.
- Near the time of your appointment Dr. Fisher will start the meeting and new box showing his video feed will appear. Click the button below, 'Join with Video'. Another box will appear where you will click 'join with computer audio'.
- The meeting window will open. Please click the buttons near the bottom left, 'share video' and 'share audio' to ensuring both are turned on for your appointment.
Setup on Mobile
Please download the zoom app on your phone or tablet before your appointment. Be sure to check-in within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment. (Charm does not allow you to check in any sooner than 30 minutes).
- ​Log into your patient portal and click on the 'Appointments' tab.
- Make sure you are seeing today's date (should be the first one at the top of your appointments list) and click on the 'Check-In' button with the small video camera icon next to it.
- Fill in your name on the following page if it is not already pre-filled in and click 'JOIN'
- After loading it should open your zoom app with the name of the meeting shown at the top of the screen with a box that says, "Please wait for the host to start this meeting".
- Near the time of your appointment Dr. Fisher will start the meeting and new box showing his video feed will appear. Click the video and microphone icons at the bottom to enable your video and audio feed. For audio be sure to click the appearing box above that says, "Join with device audio".
